Breaking into music & entertainment as a single African-American mother of two is no easy feat. But Myskenna is determined not to let any stereotypes keep her from achieving her dreams. Continuing her mission to become a world-known VJ and/or DJ, “The Texas Sunshine” is currently the co-host of the #1 critically acclaimed show on the 360 D Radio Network – The Vincent Tucker Radio Show. Every show, Myskenna gives us “The Good, The Bad & The Ugly”, takes us through her mind and thoughts during “Myskenna’s Space”.

Born in New Orleans, Myskenna and her family moved to Dallas, Texas around the age of eight. She attended and graduated from American Broadcasting School in 2001, gaining radio experience interning on the school’s online radio station KABS. Myskenna touts about 18 months of stand up comedy experience and hosts various functions in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
